SMS Consent & Opt-In Flow

This page documents how prospective clients opt in to receive SMS messages from the brokerage. It exists as public-facing evidence for our A2P 10DLC campaign registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR).

How Users Opt In

Opt-in is exclusively via the public web form at crecaptured.com/sms-signup. We do not initiate SMS contact unprompted, and we do not subscribe anyone to SMS from any other channel.

The user actively submits their mobile number on this form. Submission of the form IS the consent action — there are no pre-checked boxes, no hidden defaults, and no third-party list imports.

Required Disclosures Shown Before Submission

Before the Sign Up button, the form displays all seven elements required by CTIA messaging principles and TCR review:

Message frequency: Varies by inquiry — typically 1–5 messages per topic

What Users Receive

After opting in via the web form, prospects receive personalized SMS responses from a licensed broker about the commercial real estate listings or topics they identified. Messages are limited to the inquiry topic — we do not send promotional bulk SMS, marketing blasts, or unrelated content.

Users may reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from all future SMS from these numbers. Twilio's Advanced Opt-Out handles the keyword. Reply HELP for assistance — replies include the program name and a contact email.

Opting out of SMS does not affect any other communications or business relationships with our firm.

Privacy

As stated in our Privacy Policy: "No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes." This applies to phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through the opt-in form at crecaptured.com/sms-signup.

SMS message logs are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted.
