  to subcontractors in support of our services (for example, our SMS platform
  provider Twilio) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text
  messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be
  shared with any third parties.

Our SMS program is a conversational, reply-only service. We do not send recurring promotional or marketing SMS. When you text our business phone number (310-899-2727) to inquire about a property or service, your inbound SMS constitutes consent to receive SMS replies from us regarding that inquiry.
